PearlWeave offers a full-line of OSHA compliant netting systems. Selection criteria for determining mesh construction and rated capacity are based on product weights/descriptions and fall distance/trajectory.
PearlWeave is effective as a vertical barrier for warehouse storage racks as required by OSHA 1926.250. Proper net selection eliminates product falls and protects personnel in nearby work areas. Our systems are easily installed on virtually all rack designs. Select from "rolled goods" or knotted nylon for the compliant solution!
Pearl Weave is useful as a horizontal safety net for debris containment when installed under and around an elevated conveyor. In compliance with OSHA 1926.555, our conveyor guards reduce damage to fallen products and provide passive overhead protection for employees working below the nets.
PearlWeave's unique guardrail and toeboard systems satisfy fall protection requirements for open-sided mezzanines as mandated by OSHA - Subpart M. When properly installed from required top-rail and secured directly to deck level, Pearlweave exceeds the OSHA requirements for mid-rail and toeboard protection. PearlWeave rack guard and conveyor nets are manufactured from durable high-strength nylon in diamond or square mesh construction. Available in mesh sizes from 1-inch to 4-inch, our knotted nylon products have rated capacities up to 17,500 foot-pounds.
PearlWeave mezzanine guard nets and light-duty rack/conveyor nets are manufactured from a unique PVC-coated polyester yarn. Our 1/8-inch, flame retardant, tear resistant weave provides maximum strength and protection.
All PearlWeave products are offered with a choice of finished borders. Our nylon net bodies are available with polypropylene hand-lashed border ropes. Our woven polyester nets are finished with a heavy-duty selvage.
PearlWeave knotted nets are available in white, gray, black, green, brown, blue, yellow and orange.
PearlWeave nets are provided with a latex coating. This treatment improves the net s resistance to abrasion allowing for optimum long-term indoor and outdoor protection.
PearlWeave's exclusive latex flame retardant treatment is unique in that it can be added to our standard net coating. As a result, only our nets can pass NFPA 701 without a decrease in overall net performance.
