Debris netting is one of our most popular types of nets.

PearlWeave offers a wide range of services to complement our debris netting. They are available separately or packaged together with our systems.

  • Engineering/Consulting - PearlWeave manufactures many products and systems for the industries we service, not just debris netting. Our on-staff engineering department is ready to help you select the right product for your application or to design/build a custom solution based on your specific needs.
  • Installation - PearlWeave offers a full array of installation services ranging from basic on-site training to a "turn-key" operation. Initial debris netting system installation, system movement, and/or system dismantling are among our capabilities.
  • Site-Visits - Our nationwide sales force is available for site visits as requested.

PearlWeave maintains a large inventory of ANSI compliant Personnel-Rated safety nets (with or without Debris Netting attached)and system components. However, should you require custom sizes and/or designs or other safety netting system, our quick manufacturing lead time enables us to adapt our products to your specific needs in a timely fashion.

PearlWeave "rolled goods" are effective as a vertical barrier for open floors, scaffolding, warehouse storage racks, conveyors, and mezzanines. Our domestically-made vertical nets are a great "visual" and debris netting system.  However unlike the imports out there, ours are tested/documented and compliant for Personnel , as well for "leading edge" fall protection, and used to satisfy OSHA regulations for debris netting, perimeter safety, overhead protection, and the all-inclusive "general duty" clause.

PearlWeave manufactures a full array of "custom" knotted nylon  nets whenever the customer requests "horizontally-installed" protection for materials like inventory, tools, debris, etc.from falling and injuring the public or personnel below.  We carry several capacities and mesh-opening configurations and can even make debris netting that is color-coordinated for corporate identity.  When the purpose of your safety netting is for DEBRIS and installed horizontally, NEVER used "rolled goods" or Vertical Netting, as it hasn't been tested in this capacity...ALWAYS use ANSI A10.11 knotted nylon to be sure!  This eliminates "guess work" and keeps you in compliance!     All PearlWeave nets are tested per ANSI A10.11 test methods and documented for your review by third-party engineers.  Nets are fire-retardant, UV stabilized and latex-coated for abrasion resistance.  The aforementioned coatings render the raw netting materials Black.

  • Two 2x4s are inserted into the center core of the base to form a rigid post. 

  • Meets OSHA standards

  • Anchors directly into any walking / working surface (wood, OSB, or concrete) with no bracing needed

  • Built-in flanges allow toeboards to be inserted between posts without fasteners. Toeboards (which are required by OSHA) can be lifted out temporarily to bring up material and for clean-up.

  • Safety Boot railings are free-standing and can remain in place throughout construction, including drywall.
