Shipping and Payments


Shipping:

Most products will ship via Federal Express or UPS, unless weight/size restrictions require that we ship via common carrier.  Please specify (from the drop down menu) your need for expedited shipping.


All shipments exceeding $200.00 in sub-total value will require a personal signature.


Standard Shipping will be used ( less than 150 lbs - UPS or FedEx, more than 150 lbs, - LTL best way) for all items unless otherwise specified by the customer. If a special Shipping Method (2-Day, Next Day, Express Airmail etc.) is required, the customer must inform the sales representative at the time of purchase or note such info. on the Purchase Order.


Canada, Hawaii, Alaska & Other US Territories as well as International customer shipments - Call in to place your order at 800-732-7566.


The Customer or their 3rd Party Carrier must make shipping arrangements and prepare all the required documentation for shipping. PearlWeave will not be responsible for booking/arranging these shipments or completing any documents. PearlWeave would provide all the shipping specifications (Weight, Dimensions and Freight Class) to the customer.


Tracking Information/ Freight Quotes


Tracking information will be sent to the customer's email address on file the day after the shipment is picked up (if you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation at 800-732-7566). Please contact us for a shipping quote or estimated shipping time by calling or sending an email to sales@pearlweave.com; you would need to provide the respective destination city and zip code. Additional Charges may be incurred for special items/oversized items.


Payments:

Returns and Cancellations


Cancellations:

Orders for "stock" products may be cancelled prior to shipping.  Orders for "special" and "custom" products may be cancelled only if work has not begun on your order.

 

Returns:

Returns for "stock" products will be accepted within 21 days from shipment of order, subject to issuance of return good authorization,15% restocking fee and inspection of goods upon return.  Returns will not be accepted for "special order" and "custom" products and no refunds will be issued.

Warranty


All Netting products are warrantied for material and workmanship up to one year from date of purchase.  If your netting product is defective in materials or workmanship, we will arrange to repair your netting product.  Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to broken netting strands and hand-tied knots, are not considered defects.

Secure Shopping


Pearlweave Netting Corp. is a secure shopping e-commerce site.  We do not hold or retain your credit card or other sensitive information.  All transactions are processed through an industry leading third party gateway and are 256 bit encrypted and SSL secured.


Availability


"Stock" Products represent those products that are generally maintained in inventory at our factory and are shipped 1-2 days after receipt of order subject to availability of inventory.  Should inventory be unavailable, product will ship within 1-3 weeks from receipt of order.


"Special Order" Products represent those products whose raw materials are maintained in inventory at our factory and only require fabrication info finished product.  These products generally ship within 1-3 weeks from receipt of order.


"Custom" Products represent those products which require manufacturing from scratch according to customer specifications.  These products generally ship within 3-6 weeks from receipt of order.
